At Afrodith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, our return policy is strictly aligned with European Union consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU rules, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without a justification.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

Be in its original packaging.

Show no signs of use, washing, or damage.

Include all original tags and accessories.

Note: For hygiene reasons, intimate items or opened cosmetics may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@afrodith.online with your order number. Once we confirm your request, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or otherwise stated, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, including the initial standard shipping costs (if applicable).
